Frequently Asked Questions
All sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. However, the live experience includes real-time group processes, Q&A, and energy that recordings can't fully capture. We highly recommend prioritizing live attendance when possible.
No previous experience required. We'll guide you through everything. However, you should come with genuine curiosity and openness to seeing the world differently. This isn't just intellectual learning—it involves practices that engage your whole being.
We're not promoting any specific religious framework. We draw on wisdom from various traditions (shamanic, Eastern philosophy, indigenous practices) as well as cutting-edge science. The approach is integral rather than sectarian—we're interested in what works for planetary healing, regardless of its source.
Plan for 2-3 hours across the three days: the tree practice homework, integration exercises, and some light reading. This isn't busy work—these practices are essential for the transformation process.
We really understand this concern. We have intentionally included practices for working with your state of being in the course. Many participants find that understanding the larger patterns actually reduces anxiety because it provides context and direction for action.
We'll use Zoom for video sessions. You'll need: stable internet connection, computer or tablet (phone is possible but not ideal), headphones or earbuds, and a quiet space where you can speak freely during group processes.
