My perception of life has changed. If I were to choose one image, it's like a gentle ascent in a hot air balloon, and as I rise, I begin to see more. It's a shift from self-centeredness to the model of "I am a small part of a larger world." During the sessions, I developed a sense of kinship with other participants, and joint projects emerged.

Be the leaders of integral worldview
We live in a time of global transformation. The contradictions and tensions long ignored have now shattered the limits of our resilience — ecological, social, and systemic. Our generation witnesses the agonizing collapse of the old world order.

But how will the new world looks like? There are many different future visions in the world today. And there are a lot of fighting. Over which name of God is true, whether freedom or security matters more, and how humanity should evolve. Some of us are escaping into forests to live autonomously. Others build systems of control. Some place their hope in technology to rescue us from ecological crisis, while others dream of fleeing to another planet.

A War for the Future is unfolding. It represents throught real material wars in different places, and this war is in our bodies and hearts, in our dreams. Everyone is trying to convince everyone else. Everyone wants to win the future.

But there is only one Planet. One spaceship Earth. We are meant to live here together. And actions from the position of "my best future vision" only deepens division and fuels the fires of conflict. The world’s contradictions cannot be resolved at debate desk and of course at the battlefield.

There is another path. It lies not in choosing sides, but in expanding to include all voices. And through this state, healing takes place. We need a fundamental shift of our foundation in system change, activism and other methods of proactive work with future. However difficult it is, but we need to be able to hold within ourselves the wholeness of the world, to co-presencing with other positions, to listen others.

In many indigenous cultures, when a tribe member behaves in a way that harms others, the entire tribe gathers in a circle and seeks answers to the questions: what is happening to ALL OF US that this could happen? What is an illness of US AS TRIBE, and how can we collectively feel it and heal it? We need to gather in such circles at the family, organizational, community, and planetary levels. And we need leaders who can facilitate such circles.

And we need to build bridges. To weave networks of connection. To act on the membrane between worlds. To create spaces of polylogue. To facilitate such spaces while being in a state of deep peace in our hearts. To be the bridges ourselves. To be the space that holds contradictions and paradoxes within it.
The Question

While the world polarizes between future visions, how we can be those who hold the wholeness of the world?
Why Now

The next few years will shape the future for decades to come. Now is a moment for wise actions.
